aving accomplished all the previous detail planning and scheduling, this phase puts it all together for you with deconstruction if necessary, all the trades operating in concert, finishing the detail, install new fixtures and appliances if necessary, and obtaining regulatory approvals:

1. Establish central command point to resolve immediate issues and client change requests
2. Ensure property protection if needed
3. Schedule trades as needed
4. Conduct weekly progress meetings

5. Take project progress photos
6. Notify all effected parties of schedule changes
7. Ensure site safety, cleanliness and sanitation on an ongoing basis
8. Schedule regular refuse pickup
9. Schedule required inspections as needed
10. Continuously monitor work quality
11. Schedule electricity and accessory walkhrough
12. Notify client of utility interruptions
13. Coordinate with decorator as needed
14. Process client change orders
15. Schedule client walkthrough
16. Conduct final inspections
17. Collect and organize all care and use documents
18. Test all fixtures and appliances
19. Conduct final cleanup
20. Create punchlist with client on walkthrough
21. Approve move in (if necessary)
22. Provide complete documentation manual to client

Tear down, build up, redo, repaint, install, test, inspect, review ... all in a days work (well, more than a day actually).

e have nearly completed all five (5) phases from idea to concept, design to planning and construction. This task only has a few very important remaining items:

1. Conduct final walkthrough
2. Inspect punchlist items
3. Review and approve punchlist completion
4. Remove our project sign
