- Develop floor plans, elevations and electrical plan
- Determine structural, mechanical and electrical requirements
- Layout site requirements
- Review plans with appropriate engineers
- Develop room by room specifications
- Create "allowance" worksheet and review with interior designer
- Review all the above with client for approval
- Adjust project scope and budget with client as necessary
- Client meeting with interior designer for product selections
- Obtain client approval on final product selections
- Obtain final client approval on all designs and product selections prior to the development design step
